My specialty is Trauma, PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and several other evidence-based modalities we will see a marked difference in outcomes. Where I differ is I use my training, experience, and compassion to align with you to help you achieve healthy, lasting, sustainable goals.
