My Approach to Helping
My philosophy approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which I help my clients reconstruct their thoughts and the way they process information to see situations differently. Sometimes an eclectic approach would be used to treat clients. An eclectic approach is the blend of one or more approaches to fit the client specific needs. The process for working with a new client is to gather pertinent information about the client psychosocial, environment, and past family history to help accurately diagnose the client. Once a diagnosis is made then a treatment plan would be developed conjointly between the client and me to treat the needs of the client utilizing S.M.A.R.T. goals. S.M.A.R.T. goals are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-based goals so that the client can have every opportunity to be successful in treatment. If you are looking for a counselor who is genuine, compassionate, authentic, and who will listen and care about your concerns. Then I am here to help you restore your self worth so that you can start living the way you were meant to live. We look forward to serving the surrounding communities as we grow separately as individuals and together as a community.
