My Approach to Helping

I have over a decade of experience helping people overcome personal challenges including anxiety, depression, and unresolved Trauma (PTSD). I begin every counseling relationship with a free half-hour consultation. This gives us an opportunity to meet each other, ask questions about the counseling process, and to fill out paperwork.

In each client/therapist relationship psychotherapy becomes a unique connection which both inspires and challenges personal growth, healing, and relief from emotional turmoil and confusion.
