My Approach to Helping

The pressures of the day-to-day leave many of us feeling anxious, overwhelmed and stressed. The trauma we've experienced lives in our bodies whether we recognize it or not. Culture plays a huge role in how we perceive the world around us, which is why at Tea Time Therapy, we have created a culturally inclusive safe space where you can come and discuss how you are feeling without the stigma around mental health. At Tea Time Therapy, we are here to walk with you on your journey to overcome your daily life struggles and the traumas you have experienced. We aim to provide a safe space for you to feel heard, understood and seen.
I recognize how scary it can be to reach out which is why, at Tea Time Therapy, we provide an empathetic, client-centred, and confidential space where you will not feel judged. At Tea Time Therapy, we want to emulate your experience of talking to a close friend or loved one with expert interventions and advice to help you get where you want to be.
This is a journey of self-transformation, working through your problems, and learning coping skills. One step at a time, we’ll get there together. You can book a session or free consultation at teatimetherapy.janeapp.com or find out more information at my website.
