My Approach to Helping
The pressures of the day to day leave a lot of us feeling anxious, overwhelmed and stressed. Culture plays a huge role in how we perceive the world around us, which is why at Tea Time Therapy, we have created a culturally inclusive space where you can come and discuss how you are feeling without the stigma around mental health. At Tea Time Therapy, we are here to walk with you on your journey to overcome your daily life struggles. Although I might not know how you feel or how you felt in the situation, I am able to provide an open space for you to feel heard and understood.
I recognize how scary it can be to reach out which is why, at Tea Time Therapy, we provide an empathetic, client centred, and confidential space where you will not feel judged. At Tea Time Therapy, we want to emulate that experience you have talking to a close friend or loved one with expert interventions and advice to help you get where you want to be.
