I have a deep regard and respect for a person who is on a healing journey. I look at each person individually. You come with your own unique life experiences and health goals. Through assessment and goal setting, we come up with your own unique treatment plan. My belief is we are total system and my approach is to support you in a Holistic matter; Body, Mind, and Spirit; using powerful tools, skill building, and compassion. My goal is to be a partner for you to achieve well-being.

I have been in the education and mental health since 1980. Through my own healing journey, I have experienced profound and powerful changes. From these experiences, I have studied many modalities and formulated an eclectic tool bag. I am on the cutting edge in neuro-psychology paradigm to shift your concerns quickly and effectively.

I work with children and adults. I have extensive training in Trauma, PTSD, depression and anxiety using the latest tools to levitate the your distress. I specialize in Mind-Body therapies and working to decrease the stress related to medical issues, accident recovery abuse and trauma. My goal is to get to the Core Emotional issues that will free your brain from the neuro- pathway of negative thinking and behavior. I teach Boundaries to empower you as an individual. Spiritual coaching to achieve your own inner wisdom.
