I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience. I am passionate about working with my clients, through any challenge they choose, so they can experience healing and positive growth.
My approach is client centered. I draw from several therapy modalities to best fit the client's personality. Those modalities include Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Also, additional skills, as appropriate, to achieve positive, measurable results.
