My Approach to Helping

It can be confusing to understand why you may feel a certain way, especially when feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Oftentimes symptoms of anxiety, trauma, and traits of living with ADHD or Autism can overlap, making it difficult to know how to move forward from the hurt you're experiencing. Feelings of low self-worth and shame creep in and can oftentimes lead to problems in life and relationships. Whether you are seeking relief from ongoing stress, hurt, trauma, anxiety, or you just need extra support through a difficult time, my goal is for you to feel empowered and find the quality of life you are looking for.

You are enough, you belong, and you matter! Specializing in anxiety, trauma, low self-worth & shame, and neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism), I offer a strength-based approach and am LGBTQIA+ affirming. Together we will find the therapeutic practices that work best for you, in a judgment-free space, as you foster your own personal strength and growth.

My goal is to see you achieve your goals in finding mental health wellness. Inclusivity and compassion are important to me as I offer support on your journey to healing. I will walk with you as you identify, awaken, and renew strength and qualities you may have forgotten you had.
