In my five years of experience as a therapist, and over a dozen years working in mental health, I recognize there is not a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Through Evidence-Based techniques and modalities, together we will explore what works best for you. My goal is to see you achieve your goals in finding mental health wellness.
I specialize in anxiety, trauma, low self-worth & shame, and neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism). I offer a strength-based approach and I am LGBTQIA+ affirming.
