I specialize in adultteen depression, anxiety, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), and relationshipfamily issues. Response time 24 business hours to calls or email. My first priority is to understand you as a person. If you are feeling hesitant about therapy, understand that this is normal: letting another person into your private space can be frightening. A good therapist, however, will accept you as you are, with all the good and the ugly. Courage!
I offer cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, acceptance and commitment therapy, Gottmann couples therapy, mindfulness, exposure-response prevention, and emotion release therapy.
