My Approach to Helping
I am passionate about being a sympathetic and non-judgmental listening ear for others as well as helping others through their struggles.
I always endeavor to provide a safe space in which clients can be vulnerable and explore their emotions because I understand that a client’s ability to be vulnerable in a safe place is the place for healing to begin. I use CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy and trauma focused techniques with clients, always seeking to find the approach that works best for each person.

Our team of dedicated professionals works to integrate counseling, neurofeedback, and nutritional counseling along with qEEG brain maps and psychological assessments so that our clients can experience healing at all levels. We also have a PA who is able to provide medication management.
