My Approach to Helping
Taking the first step on your healing journey can be difficult. Whether you’re seeking therapy to process trauma, navigate difficult relationships, or to overcome life’s daily challenges, I’m happy you’re here exploring your options and taking that first step. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with clients experiencing a wide range of these challenges including sexual and physical abuse, family conflict, relationship struggles, intimacy challenges, self-esteem, anxiety and depression.
I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). While I have several years of training in these modalities, I hold a strong belief that treatment should be individualized.
I believe you have the capacity to find healing, but you shouldn’t have to navigate it alone. My goal is to partner with you on your journey no matter the challenge you are facing.
