My Approach to Helping
My purpose in therapy is to help you realize and reach your goals to the life you deserve. I'm a firm believer that sometimes you just need a different perspective. Therapy can be hard, it's full of stirred-up feelings and discomfort, but it's also full of hope, growth, and overall change. I hope that at the very least in our work together you find yourself with another person to support and help you be who you want to be.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I genuinely love working with people. They never cease to amaze me with their connections to each other and the ways they figure out how to navigate their worlds. Being a therapist means I get to help people and get a glimpse into their existence. Everyday I feel honored for that privilege.
Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed
Everyone needs a little help at some point in their lives. Asking for it and seeking it out takes strength and dedication to actualizing the life you want. Let me be a cheerleader for you or give you a boost. Better things are ahead.
