More Info About My Practice

I incorporate Positive Psychology, Spirituality and Neuroplasticity into my work with clients allowing them to not only better and more deeply know their true selves but also to move into a life where joy is habitual.

My Role as a Therapist

My role as a therapist is one I take very seriously. It is an honor to be able teach clients emotional wellness strengths like gratitude, self-compassion, and flow which when put into practice allow them to flourish in their relationships with themselves and those around them. I also help clients understand how their pasts have shaped their todays and to uncover their true selves from underneath the weight of the "shoulds" they live by. I challenge, support, inspire and guide clients on their personal and/or spiritual journey because the world needs brave authentic souls like my clients to make it a better place for all generations to come.
