My Approach to Helping

As a counselor, I partner alongside my clients to inspire reflection, encourage growth, and enhance emotional wellness especially during times of life transition. Creatively facilitated therapy sessions take a holistic and strength-based approach, encourage an honest and raw exploration of life circumstances, and offer a safe space where individuals feel heard, validated, and respected.

As a coach, I have created REVAMP, a 1-year highly supportive transformational program specialized for people who are experiencing or have recently experienced divorce or a major break-up. REVAMP helps my clients stay grounded in the present while offering a sacred (virtual) space for 1. making meaning of the past through grief and loss support, 2. for designing a life they love through the support of inner life coaching, and 3. connecting with a supportive tribe of high-integrity, low-drama people.

More Info About My Practice

I incorporate Positive Psychology, Spirituality, and my training as a Holistic Coach into my work with both counseling and coaching clients allowing them to not only better and more deeply know their true selves but also to move into a life where joy is habitual.

My Role as a Therapist

My role as a therapist is one I take very seriously. It is an honor to be able teach clients emotional wellness strengths like gratitude, self-compassion, and flow which when put into practice allow them to flourish in their relationships with themselves and those around them. I also help clients understand how their pasts have shaped their todays and to uncover their true selves from underneath the weight of the "shoulds" they live by. I challenge, support, inspire and guide clients on their personal andor spiritual journey because the world needs brave authentic souls like my clients to make it a better place for all generations to come.
