What's My Approach to Therapy?
On the surface, you seem fine, but inside, you’re overwhelmed, anxious, and constantly doubting yourself. Negative thoughts, comparisons, and "what ifs" are occupying your mind. You have difficulty saying "no" and setting boundaries. You aim for perfection and have that nagging feeling that you're just not good enough. It's painful to feel this way, and it can interfere with your goals and living the life you want, but the good news is: you're not alone, and it's possible to find relief. Together, we can help you discover your ability to improve your confidence and self-worth, create healthy relationships with yourself and others, and gain control of anxiety.
I help women (20s and 30s) who are stuck in cycles of overthinking, people pleasing, self-doubt, and tough relationships. When we work together, I use compassion, humor, and absolutely no judgment because therapy should be a place where you feel safe to be yourself. You and I will build a strong, trusting relationship that will help with your journey of healing and growth as you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and new skills to manage anxiety and self-doubt.
