My Approach to Helping
It's okay to not always be okay. As your therapist, my focus is to provide you with counseling support and assist you in finding insight into the struggles you're experiencing; whether you are struggling with the loss of a loved one, trauma, depression, anxiety, life challenges, and more. My approach is to meet you where you are and challenge your thought process and praise your accomplishments. I often utilize a solution-focused or CBT approach. Life is a journey with lots of twists and turns. Together, we can navigate your journey.
