My Approach to Helping

If you are having difficulty communicating in a healthy manner with your partner, your children are not listening to you, or you suffer from anxiety counseling can help. I became a counselor to gain a better understanding on why people behave the way that they do and how to help people change their behaviors and patterns to live a fulfilling life. Sometimes it is best to seek a professional whom can guide you to building a better relationship with your partner and children, and to improve your mood. I practice and continue to educate myself in evidence based theories that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focus that are known to be effective in the treatment of many mental health issues. Please contact me for a free phone consultation at (424) 248-5486 or email me at counseling@brendagiron.com
