My Approach to Helping

Connection is one of the most powerful forms of healing. Whether you are feeling isolated, stressed, or overwhelmed in your life, healing often begins with sharing the burden with another person. You’ve taken the first and sometimes the hardest step towards starting therapy. I’m glad you’re here.

I am a queer therapist and it is my greatest joy to work with my queer community. I work with people who hold intersecting identities and have experienced a wide range of concerns including trauma, PTSD, gender dysphoria, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. I’ve worked with ICU nurses and medical professionals who experience intense injuries and death in their work. I’ve worked with people processing identity, bisexual erasure, systematic forms of oppression, neurodivergence, polyamory and CNM (consensual non-monogamy), sex work, kink, and sexuality in general. I also provide gender-affirming care, including writing WPATH letters, for the gender expansive community. I’ve worked at and received training from Queer Asterisk and the Transgender Center of the Rockies throughout my education and my professional life. I offer 50 min and 90 min individual sessions and couples & relationship sessions. My approach is honest, clear, and kind. I am an advocate of social justice and radical liberation. These values show up in how I practice therapy and how I act as a person.

No matter what you bring to our sessions, I will be there to support you. I would love to connect with you for a free consultation to answer any of your questions and talk more about what therapy could look like with me!

I am working under the supervision of Mara Kailin, PsyD.
