My Approach to Helping
Everyone experiences challenging situations in life, and while we may have successfully navigated through most difficulties, there is nothing wrong with seeking extra support. Therapy can provide long lasting benefits by giving us the tools we need to avoid triggers, re-directing damaging patterns, and in turn help us to overcome other challenges that life will present. Therapy is right for anyone who is interested in getting the most outof their lives by taking responsibility, creating greater self-awareness, and working towards change in their lives.
Every person is unique to his/her own life experience or "story", therefore it is important to tailor an eclectic therapeutic approach accordingly.
