What's My Approach to Therapy?

***Accepting New Clients***

Are you and your partner feeling stuck in the same painful patterns—arguing about the same things, feeling unheard, or growing further apart? Does it feel like no matter how hard you try, you can’t seem to reconnect? If so, you’re not alone—and there is a path forward. I specialize in helping couples break out of negative cycles and rebuild trust, connection, and emotional safety. Even if things feel hopeless now, your relationship can become a source of strength, calm, and closeness.

The couples I work with are navigating challenges like recurring conflict, poor communication, emotional distance, and unresolved resentment. I use evidence-based approaches—including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and The Gottman Method—to help couples move from disconnection to deeper understanding, so that both partners feel seen, heard, and valued.

While I specialize in couples therapy, I also work with individuals navigating relationship challenges, attachment wounds, or doing personal growth work. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, but healing—whether within your relationship or on your own—can be truly life-changing.

Groups I Work With

My passion lies in working with couples, those in the beginning stages of their relationship, those thinking of marriage, those who are engaged and seeking premarital counseling, those who are recently married, or those who have been together for decades. I help couples who are feeling disconnected, stuck in conflict, feeling lonely, and unable to express their emotions in a healthy manner. Honestly, if you are in a relationship I recommend some type of relationship counseling or marriage counseling. Why you might ask? Most of us have never really had any "training" on relationships and go into them "blind" thinking we know what to do. The benefits of a happy relationship have positive impacts on generations to follow, however an unhappy and unsuccessful relationship could have catastrophic impacts on future generations.
