What's My Approach to Therapy?

***Accepting New Clients*** It’s hard when the person you love starts to feel far away—when conversations turn into the same arguments, or silence, and you’re left feeling alone even together. If you’re here, you probably care deeply and want things to feel better, but aren’t sure how to get there. You’re not alone. I help couples gently untangle these patterns, understand each other in new ways, and rebuild a sense of closeness, safety, and trust. It’s possible to find your way back to each other—and create something even stronger. I work with couples feeling stuck in cycles of conflict, miscommunication, or distance. Together, we slow things down and understand what’s happening beneath the surface. Using EFT and the Gottman Method, I help you reconnect, communicate more openly, and rebuild a sense of safety, trust, and closeness. While I specialise in couples therapy, I also support individuals navigating relationship challenges, attachment wounds, or personal growth. Reaching out can feel vulnerable, and it’s okay to take that step at your own pace. You don’t have to do this alone—healing, whether in your relationship or within yourself, is possible.

Groups I Work With

  • I’m passionate about supporting couples at every stage—whether you’re just starting out, considering marriage, engaged, newly married, or have been together for decades. I work with partners who feel disconnected, stuck in conflict, lonely, or unsure how to express themselves in healthy ways. I believe relationships aren’t something we’re naturally taught—we’re often expected to figure them out on our own. Therapy offers a space to learn, grow, and strengthen your connection. When relationships feel secure and supportive, the impact can be meaningful not just for you, but for the life you’re building together.
