Greetings and salutations. Just because its therapy does not mean it has to be dull. I am a warm, lighthearted, humorous counselor. My approach to therapy is to be as authentic as possible while helping you navigate through your unique journey in therapy. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. Let's share a few laughs as we work together to explore your needs. * I enjoy hiking, jeeping, paddle boarding, being in nature, reading (horror), and watching Netflix.... lots. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat. My favorite season in fall and I like the color green. I love laughing and listening to other life stories.
