I don't currently accept insurance, but I can provide documentation if clients wish to submit to an insurance company for "out of network" benefit coverage

It's ok to be in this mindset - know that therapy is about building trust and requires that clients only share what they are comfortable discussing.
I'd want to know what happened so we can find a way to avoid it in therapy together.
Someone's inability to find a way to get what they are after, which has a lot to do with the language (narrative).
