My Approach to Helping
Believing there is hope in difficulty, I help individual clients pursue a healthy and meaningful life. As a professional counselor, I have training and skills that decrease the effects of stress and trauma. I work to increase clients' well-being while helping them develop and understand who they are and can become. Clients who benefited from working with me sought help for: grief, the stress of a service or healthcare job, understanding the intersection of their mental health and faith, and increasing satisfaction in areas of their life outside of their profession.
