I specialize in working with those struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety and life transitions. I believe relationships matter, knowing that change can only happen when you feel supported and valued. Together, we will work to understand your needs in a judgment-free environment and identify the exact tools that can help you to manage life stressors. I use a a systems-based perspective in my practice, which considers the smaller pieces of our lives that add up to who we are as a person. Think of it like baking- all the ingredients (systems) come together to make the cake (the whole person).
In our work together we will identify the specific systems that are impacting your well-being and how you can use you own power to adjust these systems as needed. I use DBT skills, CBT skills and mindfulness-based interventions to help us understand how to best support your systems.
