My Approach to Helping

Are you feeling restless, irritable, or on edge? Maybe you’re easily triggered, struggling with panic, or overwhelmed by intrusive memories. At times, it might feel impossible to slow down, but other times, you may feel frozen, numb, or shut down. When stress, anxiety, or trauma take over, it can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and others. The powerful thing about being human is our ability to heal, and you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in supporting people experiencing depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and the lingering effects of childhood trauma or neglect.

Through a blend of attachment-focused, somatic, expressive arts, and talk therapies, I support emotional and relational well-being. My approach is warm, gentle, and collaborative, rooted in respect, compassion, and curiosity. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your life.

Whether you’re seeking to process unresolved trauma, build healthier connections, or manage stress, we’ll work together toward greater resilience, healing, and overall well-being. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule an initial consultation. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your journey.
