My Approach to Helping

I specialize in supporting people experiencing depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and the lingering effects of childhood trauma or neglect.
Through a blend of attachment-focused, somatic, expressive arts, and talk therapies, I support emotional and relational well-being.
