My Approach to Helping
Hi, I'm Sara
I offer clinically informed Counseling to help anyone experiencing depression, anxiety, addiction, mental illness, trauma, marriage stress, or is simply overwhelmed by life.
I also offer Life Coaching sessions for anyone making big life changes or anyone trying to organize their many priorities and commitments and feels overwhelmed.
I have 5 years of experience offering counseling to Syrian and Iraqi refugees in the Middle East. I also have over 10 years of experience caring for women, missionaries, and other ministry workers in the biblical counseling setting.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Addiction Counseling which has provided me with a broad range of counseling models to suit client’s needs.
