My Approach to Helping
At some point in our life most of us will go through some difficult times. Depression, anxiety, panic attacks, binge eating, or not eating, sleepless nights, and feelings of being stuck where nothing seems to make a difference are all things we all may experience at times. Feelings of being alone often prevents us from moving forward and living a happy and fulfilling life. Asking for help is difficult and often we don't even know where to start or what exactly we would need help with. I get it and I am here for you. As your therapist I can help you get through those difficult times. I understand that each of us has individual needs and individual goals. My goal is to help you because each mind matters and so does yours.
