My Approach to Helping
My approach is an open and collaborative style where we work together to set goals that will enrich and improve your life and relationships. Often this involves assessment and or diagnostic clarification followed by a flexible and clear treatment plan aimed at achieving your self set goals. Therapy is an opportunity to gain insight and reset how we think and feel and act and I am excited to get a chance to go in this journey with you. I have over 30 years experience working w adults and adolescents and would be excited to get to work and collaborate with you .
