My Approach to Helping

Through The Looking Glass Counseling Services will help you embark on a new journey to self-discovery, where you can learn to change your reflection within yourself and your environment; where you will learn to be a better version of yourself.

Using techniques like EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Trauma-Focused CBT, and sensorimotor (just to name a few) you can expect a transformation from having thoughts like “I am not good enough”, "I am unsafe" or “I am damaged” to “I am good enough”, "I am safe" and “I am ok” within a short period. Clients have expressed decreased symptoms within a month of working with me.

I will teach you how to use effective techniques to reset your negative beliefs that are linked to your current symptoms. As a result, your symptoms will decrease and you will feel more in control and empowered. You would experience true freedom and a new outlook on your life. Together, we'll overcome your barriers, and create a unique treatment plan that is tailored just for you. Please call me to learn more about how I can help you. It is time to take back control of your life, and manifest your ideal self.
