My Approach to Helping
My therapy practice offers a safe and trusting environment for growth where individuals and couples are able to explore their feelings in search for more fulfilling lives and relationships. The goal of individual therapy is for you to know/accept and be comfortable with who you are, to be able to identify your feelings and to be responsible for your actions. I work within different theoretical models of therapy to help you through this process.
Couples therapy helps identify maladaptive patterns of behaving and works on creating ways of being together that provide a win-win situation for both individuals in the relationship.
