My Approach to Helping
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, ADHD and career challenges. I also helped Imany people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I enjoy helping and I do this through the use of several therapeutic models.
