My Approach to Helping
I am passionate about a lot of things, foremost of which is helping people live more authentically and wholeheartedly, with courage, presence, and resilience. Behind everything I do lays one firmly held belief: there is nothing wrong with any of us and no one is broken. Every single person has the capacity to heal - and I am here to help you do just that.
In my office, I believe in connection and walking alongside you during the most difficult, as well as joyful times, in your life. A key component of my therapeutic style is developing an authentic, collaborative, compassionate, and inclusive therapeutic relationship with you. I work to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can share and work towards your goals.
As a Registered Associate MFT #114268 and Registered Associate PCC #6584, I work with individuals, couples, families and aging populations.
My educational background includes a Bachelors in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. Some of my training include Phases 1, 2, and 3 of BrainSpotting, as well as Prepare-Enrich.
