My Approach to Helping

Hello! I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) based in Toronto, Canada. I am available for in-person sessions at a centrally located clinic in the GTA. I am a graduate student in the Masters of Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University, currently completing my supervision of practice. I now work with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. As a therapist, my approach is guided by the lens of attachment theory, solution-focused and cognitive modalities, informed by mindfulness-based practices.
