My Approach to Helping

You may be experiencing grief, fear, trauma, anxiety, loneliness, or hopelessness. You may be feeling "stuck" in life or looking to develop coping skills and tools to achieve your goals and dreams.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) completing my Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology and clinical supervision at a centrally located clinic in Toronto, Canada.

Attachment theory, creative energies and narrative therapy are some of the elements I work with. As a former musician, creativity and connectivity are central to my approach. I utilize cognitive, somatic and solution-focused approaches to support you. As a sub-specialty, I work with adults who have been diagnosed with ADHD.

Please reach out if you'd like to book a free 15-minute consultation by phone or Zoom. I look forward connecting with you!
