Welcome! I provide Online Couples Therapy for all California residents. I am an LMFT with specialized training in the Gottman Method.

My background includes supporting couples through complex trauma, co-occurring disorders, and the intricate dynamics of life.
In addition to my work with couples, I have helped individuals navigate grief and loss, infertility, weight issues, and depression. These experiences have honed my ability to address the unique challenges that couples may face, either individually or together, impacting their relationship.
