My Approach to Helping
If you are living with a sense of loneliness, a sense of abandonment, of feeling unloved, unworthy, ashamed, or disconnected, I want to help you. If words like depression, anxiety or low-self-esteem describe your present state, I want to help you.
For the time being, I am offering online counselling only.
I want to emphasize the relational aspect in what we do. That means the safe, non-judging environment I work to create with you helps you change how you see yourself, how you treat yourself, and how you encounter others. Get to know yourself as the awareness of thought. Not thought itself.
We start when you’re ready to reach out. No referral is necessary. You can email me, phone me, or contact me from here, or through my website.
