My Approach to Helping
I believe that with the right support and guidance, people can manage and reduce high levels of stress, feel hopeful again, and overcome relationship issues to build a happier, healthier life. I take a relational approach to therapy and utilize cognitive behavioral strategies to help rewire negative thought patterns, improve habits and build healthier relationships. Whether it's tanglible strategies to add to your toolbelt, or deep connections and understanding that you build within yourself, taking an hour per week dedicated to self improvement can be one of the best investments you can make for yourself and your family.
