Working together, you can discover and build a more effective skill set for making those changes so you feel calmer, more capable, and more content.
The youth and adults in my practice often want help with personal growth, workschool challenges, parenting guidance, relationship conflict, griefloss, divorce, and the effects of various life transitions. My therapeutic approach includes, but not limited to insight oriented, psychodynamic, emotionally focused therapy, CBT and psycho-education.
