My Approach to Helping

Life can feel overwhelming at times — whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, self-doubt, life transitions, or a general sense of feeling "stuck." You may notice yourself caught in old patterns, overthinking, or struggling to meet everyone’s expectations, including your own.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and explore these experiences in a way that feels safe and supported.

As a registered psychotherapist, my approach is client-centred, compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I believe in your capacity to grow into who you want to be and to shape a life that reflects your values and desires. Moments of feeling stuck or stagnant are not failures — they are invitations to learn more about yourself and connect with the person you want to become.

Together, we can deepen your self-awareness, untangle the patterns that no longer serve you, and help you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.

My Approach to Therapy
I tailor my approach to meet you where you are, focusing on creating a collaborative and compassionate space for exploration and growth.

I draw from several evidence-based and experiential modalities, including:

Narrative Therapy (exploring the stories we tell about ourselves and how they shape our lives)

Parts Work (including inner child, inner wisdom, inner critic exploration to better understand your internal landscape and to foster better inner harmony)

Mindfulness-Based Therapy (building present-moment awareness and compassionate self-reflection)

Art Therapy (using creative expression as a tool for emotional processing and self-discovery)

Our work together will always be guided by what feels most helpful and aligned for you. Whether you're seeking to gain insight, process emotions, or develop new ways of relating to yourself and others, we'll move at a safe and meaningful pace.
