My Approach to Helping
You are not alone. Here at Integrative Holistic Therapy, your needs and progress are my priority. As the name of my practice suggests, I take a holistic approach to treatment ? a more inclusive and broad view of client wellness. True healing incorporates not only your psychological wellness, but also spiritual, emotional, physical, and social health. Whatever your problem may be, I am here to help.
I have been working as a psychotherapist in individual private practice since 2008 and specialize in treating depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addictions, anger, spirituality, issues with low self-worth, low self-esteem, poor self-image, existential issues, and stress management. I am passionate about helping others transform their lives through empowerment, curiosity, and lasting positive change. Together, we will walk through issues of meaning and purpose, of loneliness and rejection, of fear and loss, and of joy and prosperity.
Learn to use self-compassion, forgiveness, and mindfulness to achieve self-worth and a positive outlook on life. Learn to love your unique story and find meaning again. Learn to see yourself with curiosity, vitality, and excitement. Learn to take that next step and ask for help - even when you feel helpless.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I love being able to help clients make connections in their lives, helping them to see how their past family dynamics, the environment they grew up in and the roll they played in their family has a tremendous impact on who they are today. I am passionate about helping clients see that the "there and then becomes the here and now" if we do not consciously make a decision to pay attention to our patterns of behavior and question why we think, feel and do the things we do; to understand there is always a reason. Having this realization can give clients great encouragement, hope and validation believing tomorrow truly can be a brighter day.
