My Approach to Helping
My goal is to approach sessions in a positive, hopeful, and strength-based manner. I believe in the importance of holistic healing that considers the whole person-mind, body, and spirit. My aim is to help clients learn how to cope with life stressors in healthy ways while enhancing your ability to manage a variety of life's issues. I enjoy working with clients to create goals tailored to meet specific counseling needs.
Counseling is an investment in yourself and your overall wellbeing. I can help you develop a deeper sense of self-compassion as you learn how to meet your own needs, build confidence, and trust yourself. I am passionate about helping clients gain insight into what it means for them to lead a happy, healthy, and meaningful life.
