My Approach to Helping

I am a certified ADHD therapist and also work with Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs). I help people with both presentations to regulate emotions and adapt to stressful emotional experiences; as well as helping them manage their workflow, and improve and maintain productivity. You do not require a diagnosis to work with me on these concerns, nor do you need to identify with ADHD.
I am empathic, pragmatic, and humorous while also being sensitive and observant. Do expect some moments of comical relief in our sessions; as well as moments in which I will help you walk through your emotional experiences and feel your feelings as I feel them with you too. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, inclusive, and strength-based.
If you think we are a good fit to work together, please contact me for a free consultation to see if you would like to work with me. I am looking forward to connecting with you! Also, please let me know if you need any accommodations with the pricing.
