My Approach to Helping

I work with individuals who are deep thinkers and feelers—people who want to explore the richness of their inner world and navigate their personal growth at their own pace. This includes neurodivergent adults, highly sensitive people, and those who feel deeply or approach life with curiosity and introspection. For those newly diagnosed or learning about their neurodivergence, I offer a compassionate space to better understand how your brain works, embrace your authentic self, and develop self-acceptance.

As a therapist, my approach is grounded in deep curiosity and compassion. I strive to understand the whole person—your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, as well as the nuances that make you uniquely you. My role isn’t to provide quick fixes but to walk alongside you as we explore both the light and shadow in your inner world.

I aim to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, seen, and accepted exactly as you are. Together, we’ll reflect deeply on your experiences and uncover insights that foster growth, self-compassion, and balance. Whether you’re working through trauma, managing anxiety, or simply seeking to understand yourself more fully, my goal is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and feel empowered on your journey.
