My Approach to Helping

Many of us are facing the increased pace and complexity of daily life, resulting in an urgency to pivot with healthy adaptability to change. The key is to cultivate skillfulness at addressing how our thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors might be blocking the progress we strive to achieve in our relationships, with ourselves, and out in the world.

Symptoms can be lifelong, situational, or due to a sudden stressor. My goal is to increase your sense of confidence and competence in meeting life's challenges, via realistic and solution focused strategies.

More Info About My Practice

I work with individual adults from ages 18 and up, and I am virtual only.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

"We don't know what we don't know" - No joke intended! I believe it's important to have an objective, clinical observer to assist in raising self awareness, so that the unique YOU can be integrated and skillfully woven into the fabric of a life you create for yourself. We are not here to be perfect human beings, but we can always imagine doing better, to become more astute at knowing when and how to effect healthy change. The art of being human is not to be mastered - but experienced - hopefully doing our best. So why not accept the challenges of this human journey with more resilience, bravery, and a curiosity to learn about yourself?
