I am Norma Clark, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and in Louisiana with over 13 years of experience with adults in individual and group therapy, primarily in crisis and trauma, including 3 years in online video sessions. I use creative interventions, such as art, music, animal-assisted, Tai Chi, yoga, mindfulness, writing, and life narrative. Also, I emphasize understanding and processing emotions.
My primary goal is to help clients identify, manage, and work through any emotional or behavioral problems that impede their quality of life. I utilize Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy.
