My Approach to Helping
I think it's great that you're considering seeing a therapist. Anyone can use that from time to time! I've worked with people of all ages and backgrounds. I have a lot of experience working with people who have had trauma, or who are just dealing with everyday stressors. I practice person-centered therapy and utilize a lot of CBT tools. My style tends to be pretty laid-back and humanistic in nature. I'm not a confrontational or drill sergeant kind of therapist! ;) I'm just here to listen and offer some feedback and go over some tools that may help.
