I offer a warm, and non-judgmental space to rewire the nervous system, discover yourself, and chart a new path forward. Somatic therapy restores connection to your body, which allows the pain of your wounded inner child that is disrupting your life to be released. I believe the body is the doorway into healing. I do not shy away from sharing my honest reflections in order to serve your desire to grow. I work with individuals, adolescents, and couples; anyone who is willing to do the difficult, but rewarding work of examining their inner life. Through a process of deep listening to what is happening inside of you, we will help you find purpose again in life and attract meaningful relationships.
