What's My Approach to Therapy?

If you’re reading this, you might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering understanding and practical tools to help you feel more grounded and prepared to take on life's obstacles.

My focus is in working with children, teens, young adults and parents who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the impact of past or present trauma. My approach blends compassion with proven, evidence-based strategies so we can create a plan that feels both supportive and practical for you.

As a mixed‑race (Filipino and white) therapist with experience in school systems, I understand how identity, culture, and environment shape our experiences. In our work together, you’ll find a safe, inclusive space where your voice matters, your story is respected, and you can begin building the skills and confidence you need to create meaningful change.

My Practice & Services

I specialize in providing therapeutic support to youth (ages from 4-20), young adults, families, and coaching Parents navigating challenges related to family communication, life transitions, behavioral concerns, depression, and anxiety. I am also experienced in advocating for children within educational settings, working collaboratively with teachers and school counselors to support students' academic and emotional well-being.

Depending on each client’s needs, I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches, including, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution Focused Therapy, and developmentally appropriate play therapy for younger children. Currently offering tele-therapy services throughout California, I work collaboratively with clients to identify treatment goals, using a client-centered approach to guide the therapeutic process.
