Beginning therapy can be an overwhelming yet courageous step, which can lead to powerful changes for those doing the work. I believe we often overlook being at our bravest when we feel it the least. The therapy process can help clients gain additional perspective, identify and explore unknown parts, reinterpret to better understand and know fears and weaknesses, and nurture strengths and acceptance.

I have been working in the mental health field for 15+ years, working with children, adolescents, adults. I am a licensed art therapist, and have additional training in advance psychotherapy, integrating psychodynamic therapy, attachment issues, and trauma treatment with the evolving neuroscience.
