My Approach to Helping
I have over 25 years of clinical experience. I will use my skill, sensitivity and compassion to help you work through work-life stressors, relationship issues andor family conflicts. I have worked extensively with individuals who have experienced depression, anxiety, grief and trauma. I am a trauma informed therapist who will gently help you work through the tangle of emotions that may have kept you unable to move forwards toward your goals. We will work together to achieve increased self understanding, decreased self judgement, and improvement in your ability to cope with life stressors. I offer a safe space, commitment, and the skills needed to help you process your thoughts, feelings and life experiences. I will utilize DBT, relational, and a psychodynamic approach to help you achieve increased fulfillment and harmony in your journey.
