Neasha Walker is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with over 7 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about working with young adults and teens to address their unique challenges and live more fulfilled lives. Neasha specializes in anxiety, relationship issues, substance use, and major life transitions. Neasha completed her Bachelor's in Psychology at North Carolina A&T State University, followed by her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University. She then became a Doctoral candidate for a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration leadership. Neasha utilizes multiple treatment approaches including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and reality therapy. Neasha is confident that she would be able to support you on your journey to gain new perspectives and techniques that allow you to cope with whatever you may be struggling with.
