My Approach to Helping

Hello. I'm Dr. Nate Edmundson, a licensed clinical psychologist. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and marital conflict from a Christian psychological perspective. My approach to therapy is holistic. I borrow from a variety of validated treatment approaches (e.g., cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy) along with Biblical counseling to help my clients live fulfilling lives. From our work together, I expect that you'll come to better understand yourself and see measurable progress in your life.
