My Approach to Helping
I really enjoy working with girls and women with imposter syndrome, perfectionism, performance anxiety, paralysis, fear of failure, stress and burnout. The individuals I support, often struggle with navigating their academic and professional spaces because of internal and external pressures rooted in sociocultural issues. Many girls and women encounter these issues and work through them with support. Together, we can help you or your child become more confident, brave, focused and empowered.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist
